The Challenge

AMZ Gutters needed more than a professional website. As a local home-services company, the entire customer journey needed to make it easy for homeowners to discover the business, understand its services, request an estimate, and move efficiently toward a scheduled job. The challenge was connecting these different stages into one organized process. Website inquiries, estimate requests, quotes, follow-ups, job scheduling, and customer communication all needed to work together. Without a structured system behind the website, valuable leads could require unnecessary manual follow-up or become difficult to track as they moved through the sales process. The project therefore focused on both sides of the customer journey, generating and capturing demand at the front end, then managing those opportunities effectively after they entered the CRM.

The Solution

We developed a connected digital infrastructure designed around how a local gutter company actually generates and manages business. The website was structured around AMZ Gutters' core services, including gutter installation, gutter cleaning, gutter repairs, gutter guards, downspouts, and related services. Clear calls to action and estimate forms were incorporated throughout the customer journey to move interested homeowners toward making an inquiry. Local SEO and service-area content were also structured to strengthen AMZ Gutters' visibility across its target Connecticut market. Behind the website, the CRM was organized around the actual sales and service process. Customer Journey

The Results

AMZ Gutters now has a more organized digital foundation connecting marketing, lead generation, sales follow-up, job progression, and customer communication. The website gives potential customers a clearer way to understand services and request an estimate, while the CRM provides the business with a structured process for managing those opportunities after they arrive. Rather than treating the website, SEO, CRM, and automation as separate tools, the project brings them together as one customer acquisition and management system. The result is a foundation designed to help AMZ Gutters: Capture more qualified inquiries Respond and follow up consistently Track opportunities more clearly Reduce repetitive administrative work Move customers from estimate to scheduled job Generate reviews after completed work Maintain relationships with previous and inactive leads
