Program Overview
This program bridges the gap between academic learning and practical skills. Through structured mentorship and real project experience, interns learn to manage business operations, build marketing systems, and execute client-based solutions that meet real-world standards.
3-Month Internship Program
Full-time · PKR 10,000 monthly stipend · PKR 30,000 total, paid after successful completion.
6-Month Internship Program
Full-time · PKR 10,000 monthly stipend · PKR 60,000 total, paid in two instalments after months three and six.
Internship Program Summary
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the KDM Growth Internship Program, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Be a Pakistani national with a valid CNIC.
Hold a four-year Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Have completed your degree within the last two years. Candidates currently enrolled or awaiting results are not eligible.
Documents Required for Registration
Upload your CNIC number, educational certificates or official transcript, and an updated CV/resume. Only complete applications will be considered for shortlisting.
Selection and Onboarding Process
Applications are reviewed by KDM Growth HR. Shortlisted candidates may be contacted for an online or in-person interview, then receive an official internship offer by email. Once accepted, interns sign an agreement and are assigned to teams to begin GHL Live Work Projects.
Work Requirements and GHL Live Projects
Internships may be on-site or remote depending on project needs. This is a full-time program: interns work six days a week, a minimum of eight hours per day, with regular attendance and task completion required.

Funnel building and automation · CRM setup and management · Workflow and pipeline automation · Website and landing page development · Email and SMS campaigns · Third-party integrations · Client onboarding and account optimization · Google Ads management.
Performance, Conduct, and Documentation
Interns must maintain professional discipline, timely task delivery, and positive communication. Weekly progress reviews are conducted. Non-performance, repeated absenteeism, policy violations, misconduct, data breaches, or unethical activity may result in warnings or immediate termination.
Certificate and Opportunities
Upon successful completion, interns receive an Official Certificate of Completion. Outstanding interns may also be offered full-time employment or contract-based roles with KDM Growth based on performance, skill development, and professionalism.
