You’ll directly support agencies and their clients via support tickets, live chat, and Zoom—solving problems, setting up automations, and helping users get the most out of the platform. This role combines critical thinking, communication, and hands-on GHL experience.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to GHL automations, funnels, calendars, and pipelines

  • Communicate with clients via support tickets, live chat, and Zoom to resolve issues promptly

  • Educate users on best practices and feature usage to improve performance

  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet KPIs and SLAs

  • Assist with integrations and third-party tool setups

  • Contribute to internal documentation and client resources

Your Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience with GoHighLevel CRM

  • Strong understanding of automation workflows and CRM structure

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Your Responsibilities:
